The PLC intelligently calculates the pulse amount fed back by the encoder to realize real-time monitoring of the chain speed of the scraper machine, and cooperates with 3 proximity switches to judge the running state of the chain and scraper. For the processing of fault signals, this product uses passive contacts to facilitate the integration into the centralized control system.
