1. Project introduction
Huolinhe Opencut Mine, located in Tongliao, Inner Mongolia, is a large opencut coal mine with domestically maximum modern production procedure (reserves 13.28 billion tons), one of China’s five largest opencut coal mines, and China’s, even Asia’s first modern opencut coal mine. The opencut mine has built (1#, 2#, 3#, 5#, 7#, 11#) 6 coal conveying system semi-mobile crushing stations. The feeding equipment for the first working procedure of crushing station system is provided by our heavy-duty scraper feeder. The equipment feeds materials for 100T mine vehicle, and converts the mine vehicle’s semi-continuous feeding into continuous feeding. The equipment is characterized by compact structure, strong shock resistance and easy installation.
